A simple overview of how SlapStudio.Art handles United States shipping, production, and order issues for custom UV DTF stickers.
Shipping Rates
SlapStudio.Art currently offers delivery across the United States.
Signature orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage across the United States. No shipping fee is added to the displayed product prices. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after production.
Business & Events shipping costs are calculated for your project and included in the quote sent by email. They are not charged at the quote-request stage.
For Signature orders, the listed product price stays the same and standard shipping is free. Your full order total is shown during checkout before payment.
Business & Events Orders
Submitting a quote request does not require payment. We review your project and email suitable product styles, colors, availability, pricing, shipping, and estimated timing based on your artwork and quantity.
You can review the options and confirm your product selection and final artwork by email. We will then provide the payment details. Production begins only after you approve the final details and payment is complete.
Outside the United States
We are not offering standard checkout delivery outside the United States yet. If you are outside the United States and want to place an order, email us first so we can review availability and shipping options.
Production Time
Each order is custom made. Signature orders move into production after payment and artwork review.
Most Signature sticker orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment and artwork review. Business & Events production timing is confirmed in your quote and depends on product availability, artwork, quantity, and project requirements.
Shipping Updates
Shipping estimates begin after the order is produced and prepared for dispatch. When tracking or delivery confirmation is available, we will share it by email.
For Business & Events projects, confirm your complete shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit number when needed, while reviewing the quote.
Returns & Cancellations
Because Signature stickers and Business & Events products are made to order using customer-provided artwork or specifications, they cannot be returned once production has started.
A Business & Events quote request is not a paid order. If you accept a quote and need to change or cancel the project, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm what can be changed based on whether production has started.
For Signature orders, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or correct an order. Changes may be possible before production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the submitted details, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos.
We will review the issue and provide the best solution, such as a replacement or correction when applicable.
