Shipping & Returns.
A simple overview of how SlapStudio.Art handles local California shipping, production, and order issues for custom UV DTF stickers.
Shipping Rates
SlapStudio.Art currently offers delivery in California only.
Local California shipping is $6. Orders over $20 qualify for free local shipping.
Shipping totals are shown before checkout so you can review the final amount before payment.
Outside California
We are not offering standard checkout delivery outside California yet. If you are outside California and want to place an order, email us first so we can review availability and shipping options.
Production Time
Each order is custom made. After payment, we review the artwork, prepare the print file, and move the order into production.
Most signature sticker orders are prepared within the timeframe shown on the order page. Wholesale timing may vary based on artwork count, sheet size, and order volume.
Shipping Updates
Shipping estimates begin after the order is produced and prepared for local California shipping. When tracking or delivery confirmation is available, we will share it by email.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete before submitting your order, including apartment, suite, or unit number when needed.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every sticker is custom made from customer-provided artwork or signature input, orders cannot be returned once production has started.
If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will help when the order has not yet entered production.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the submitted details, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos.
We will review the issue and provide the best solution, such as a replacement or correction when applicable.
